I was young and now i am old, but I have never seen good people left with no one to help them; I have never seen their children begging for food.

The Case For Being Good – Reasons supporting the ideal that moral virtue; kindness, and ethical behavior are beneficial.

The person in the mirror, so often we look to preachers, teachers, politicians and other societal leaders for good examples. and they should be, but it should start with us.

Being good promotes personal well-being, healthy relationships, and an overall functioning society if more people were good.

Good doesn’t mean perfection, good doesn’t mean you don’t make mistakes, but good means you are always trying to do and be better, and you take accountability for your mistakes and don’t blame others.

Good people lives are more happy, helping others causes more personal happiness.

Research from the American Psychological Society links consistent kindness to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and a longer, healthier life.

Good people have troubles, get sick, good people are treated badly by others, good people lose jobs, but nothing stops them from being good and helping others.

Good people might fall again and again, but they always get back.

Socially good people are dependable, trust worthy, honest, they have a reputation that makes others want to be associated with you personally and professionally.

So with all the noise going on around us, the hate, the discord, the crime, the sexism, the division, the racism, elitism, we need to just be good.
