First of all, enjoy life’s, enjoy family and friends, life’s was given to enjoy, God wants us to be joyful, never apologize for your successes or possessions, enjoy them.

The Power Of Joy – Joy is a deep inner strength, it is not a fleeting emotion, it it something that can remain.

Joy helps with hardship, do we can endure through life’s adversities.

In this life with so much going on, if we are not careful we can let this life rob us of all joy.

We find ourselves never laughing or enjoying life, having joy is not neglecting the suffering of others or other people’s pain.

According to Hebrews 1:9 Jesus was anointed with the oil of gladness, Jesus had extreme joy.

Sometimes Jesus is portrayed as a sad and lonely person, Jesus was not and yet he changed the world forever. Jesus would not had the strength to do the things he did with joy, joy enhances our strength.

JOY doesn’t come with a Lack of trouble or problems, and it doesn’t mean you are never sad, but you always bounce back.

We all go through stuff, actually the emotional of JOY and sadness can coexist.

The Apostle Paul went through many things, his JOY was in Christ which helped him overcome his circumstances.

We all have our moments, but a moment or season doesn’t mean that you lack JOY, it’s just a moment or season, it will past.

It’s okay to cry, feel down, feel lost, feel lonely, those are just feelings.

Proverbs 17:22(GW)

A joyful heart is good medicine, but depression drains one’s strength.

So with all that is going on in the world and in our individual lives, we can be drained of all joy and all strength.

The Power Of Joy is that regardless of our circumstances, regardless of what is going on around, our hope and strength can remain.
