Self Talk – Self talk is conscious or unconscious way we talk to ourselves, either in our head or out loud.
It can dictate how we interpret our experiences, manage our emotions, and approach challenges.
Self talk can also be discouraging if it is not positive l.
Positive Self Talk can uplift us when we’re down, clam our fears and give us motivation.
Negative Self Talk can be self defeating, overly critical, pessimistic and can cause fears and limitations.
Self talk can come from your own memory or through bible verses or other positive books.
The bible is my go to book to help with self talk an positive affirmations, but there are other things..
Positive Affirmations are short, encouraging phrases used to challenge negatives self talk, boost self esteem.
Choose statements that address your particular negative mindsets and challenges.
“I AM” followed by anything positive is a great affirmation.
So be encouraged, it’s okay to talk to yourself, inwardly or out loud.
Someone is listening, that person is you.
