“Peak Life”

1 Samuel 18:14(ERV)

The LORD was with David, so he was successful in everything.

Acts 13:36(ERV)

David did God’s will during the time he lived. Then he died and was buried like all his ancestors. And his body did not rot in the grave!

I asked a close friend of mine what living a “Peak Life” meant, they had recently made a decision in that direction.

It reminded me that a “Peak Life” is intentional, it is purposeful, we can do things to make that happen.

Nothing works unless we do, we have to have faith and actions.

“Peak Life” – The highest point of personal, professional, or physical fulfillment, representing an individual’s optimal potential, success, happiness, often associated with self-actualization.

Some describe it as intense joy, productivity, and purposeful living, “Best Time” or “Golden Years”.

Success is not monolithic term or a linear process – It is not a one size fits all, success can be very suggestive and multifaceted.

Life has many ups and downs, smooth rides and bumpy roads, but still can be successful.

I’ve heard people say that you can’t be successful in everything you do, why not.

Success doesn’t mean perfection, success sometimes come with falling down, that’s okay, as long as you get back up.

So success can mean many things to different people.

Succes can be very personal:

1. To some it’s strictly financial

2. To some it’s physical health and fitness

3. To some it’s strictly spiritual

4. To some it’s career

5. To some business 6. To so

me social impact

7. To some it’s strictly family

We may desire to be impactful in all those areas but our passion may be in one or a few.

So know who you are and what you desire, what you believe God has put in your heart, let no one else define what success is to you.

“Peak Life” – You may already be living your Peak life.

David had many victories, successes, but also many disappointments.

But the Peak of David’s life was success, David impacted many lives in a positive way.

Let that be said of us.
