Foundations Are Being Destroyed

Psalms 11:3(NIV)

When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?

Foundation – The base on which something stands, support system, political or moral support.

From the beginning of time we have always had laws, some written and some unwritten.

We have always been told we will be held accountable for our actions.

Even when Cain killed Able before the physically Law he was held accountable.

We have social laws that we must obey and God laws which are still written but mainly in our heart.

But we seem to have moved from any kind of accountability in this world.

We have political and religious leaders that seems to get away with everything, things that regular people are held accountable for in our systems.

There is not much clarity about what’s right or wrong, in society it depends on what political party or system that is in control.

In the church or religious system it depends on the beliefs of that particular Pastor, Priest, or religious leaders.

But there is one thing clear, Jesus is the king of Kings, Jesus is the foundation of all we should stand on.

Our stand and goal should be to seek how Jesus lived and moved on this earth.

Jesus was anointed, righteous, holy but Jesus was merciful, compassionate, loving and caring.

So as our earthly foundations seem to be crumbling, we have something that can not be shaken.

We must continue to fight oppressors, manipulation, and control, at the same time know that our trust is not totally in man.

So always pray, hope and vote for leaders who will be fair, just, and who fear the Lord, but unfortunately that doesn’t happen all the time.

Never stop fighting for what’s right by voting, and having a voice, and serving your community.

But as the foundations of this world seem to crumble, look to the Lord, the foundation he has laid will never crumble.
