Don’t Be Denied

Mark 10:48(NLT)

“Be quite!” Many of the people yelled at him. But he only shouted louder. “Son of David, have mercy on me”

Don’t Be Denied – Means refusing to accept failures, rejection or being overlooked, unwavering determination to achieve a goal or one’s rights.

Be persistent and refuse to give up no matter the circumstances.

The biblical account of the blind man is a story of persistent faith and determination, he was tired of being blind and was determined to see.

In this life it may seem like we will never get out of a financial crisis, health situation, a bad domestic hardship.

It may be a job you have been trying to get for years and many have told you to move on, but you remain persistent.

You may have to keep doing what you’re doing until that dream job or situation comes along.

Like the blind, man folks may tell you, that you will always be this way, don’t bother God or anyone.

The doctor may tell you that we will always have this issue in your life.

Many have beaten cancer, diabetes, heart issues can get better, we do our part and pray that God helps us.

A changed life and mindset is proof of faith, better diet, exercise, weight management.

People may tell us to give up on a child or any love one or friend, but we continue to believe that one day it will get better.

So we continue to pray, do our part, do the best we can and let God do the rest.

At the time, all the blind man knew was to ask, even in the face of being ridiculed, mocked, and talked about.

Never stop believing for better, no matter how things look.

The blind man was not just blind but he was a beggar and an Outcasts, a Pariah, but he did not care what people thought of him.

No matter what the situation, never give up, never give in, Don’t Be Denied.
