You do not have to accept being physically, verbally, or emotionally treated bad.

God does not want us to just sit by and be treated bad or watch others being treated bad.

Proverbs 29:(NLT)

The Godly care about the rights of the poor, the wicked don’t care at all.

With the things going on in our personal lives, our families and friends.

The injustices going on in the country and the world, let injustice move you.

Let’s not be the ones who just sit around and complain, let’s take action. Whether it is getting involved in local church community activities.

Being involved in social activities, voting rights, political events, town hall meetings.

Being a positive influence on social media, whether it’s up lifting people or Informing people.

Mentoring young women or young men, boys and girls club etc.

So many ways we can Channel our anger instead of just complaining or doing something that we will regret.
