How Do You See Yourself?

Numbers 13:33(NKJV)

There we saw giants(The descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.

God had promised the Israelites a land flowing with milk and honey, so they sent spies to spies out the land.

The spies came back and said that the land was great.

They even brought some large grapes back to show the land was fruitful.

Only one problem (In their eyes) there were giants in the land, and they saw themselves as grasshoppers, unable to overcome them.

How do you see yourself, your future, your destiny, do you believe in yourself, do you believe that you can walk into your destiny regardless of the people or obstacles in your path.

Grasshoppers – Weakness, insignificance, less than, not being able to overcome, feeling of inadequate.

Giants – Difficulties, opposition, challenges, obstacles.

They saw themselves as grasshoppers, a lot of times, how we see ourselves is how others see us also.

There are people who have mastered reading others, especially weaker people, they take advantage of the weak minded people.

That’s why we need to know who we are and believe in ourselves.

God had given them the promised land. It didn’t matter what the obstacles were.

Never give up on your dreams or plans, God is with you, don’t let people or struggles cause you to give up.

Things may get hard, but it doesn’t disqualify your entrance into your promise land.

How To See Yourself:

1. See yourself as a victor

2. See yourself as an overcomer.

3. See yourself as strong.

4. See yourself as courageous.

5. See yourself as fearless.

6. See yourself as a winner.

Walk in victory and not defeat, keep your head up so you can see clearly where you are going,

God created you in his image and likeness. Life will have its challenges, difficulties, and setbacks, but walk into your destiny, walk into your promised land.

Continue to pray, work hard, work smart, keep learning, trust in God and believing in yourself.

Your best is yet to come.
