God’s Plan and Purpose

Psalm 57:2(NLT)

I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me.

Psalm 138:8(NLT)

The Lord will work out his plans for my life- for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me.

Jeremiah 29:11(NLT)

For i know the plans i have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not a disaster to give you a future and a hope.

I love about God and his plans for our lives. It’s not based on the things happening around us.

The things around us do affect us because we are humans, they may even delay certain things because of other people’s actions or our own bad choices.

But if we stick with God’s, His plan for our lives will come to pass, God will never abandon us, God will never leave us or forsake us.

In Psalms 57 and 138, David uses the word ME. Sometimes, we may wonder if God is concerned about us personally, because of certain struggles.

David says he cry out to God, crying out to God isn’t a sign of weakness but a sign of strength.

But even in our weaknesses and failures, God’s plan never changes.

In our personal setbacks of anxiety, depression, sickness and financial issues, God is still working. God is faithful and his mercy endures forever.

Jeremiah 29:11 God is speaking to his people in a time of captivity.

Their political situation was not the greatest at the time, but that didn’t change God’s plan or purpose for their lives.

Like today, you may not agree with certain things happening, political or socially in our countries, and we pray for people affected in a bad way.

We must continue to lean into God promises and plans for our lives and encourage others to do the same.

Just like God’s people eventually got to their promised land, we will get our promised land.

Be encouraged, God cares about what concerns you have, God care about your future, and your future is secure.

God’s plan and Purpose never changes, as long as you walk in them.

If you fall, just get back up.
