Regard for the Weak/Oppressed/Poor

Release what you can, not just money

Reward from God, not just money

REGARD – To consider or think of something or someone in a specific way, we can’t feel everything, but the things that are dear to our heart is usually where our passion lies.

Most of the times it is areas where we have been hurt or areas of lack that we have experienced.

People who come out of narcissistic relationships normally have a high regard for others in that condition, people who have escape poverty have more regard for the poor and needy; we all come from something, the problems that fume you the most are sometimes the ones you are called to impact.

Some people come from harmful religious teachings, so they have high regard for people who they feel religion is holding then back.

So that anger you feel when you see or hear something or how someone is mistreated may be your clue to unlock your passion, what you regard could lie your passion.

People who have experienced poverty and are doing well usually have more compassion those who are experiencing financial woes. People who have been addicted and have beaten the addiction normally have more compassion for those who are experiencing addiction. The same with so many people who come from bad situations are doing better now. You can’t go wrong by having regard for the weak.

But don’t feel guilty that some things you are more compassionate about than others.

RELEASE – Allow to flow freely to let something go from your hands or your heart to others.

We all different skills, talents, abilities, some of us have been blessed with financial gain, and some of us have been blessed to be in positions of influence to make impact.

Releasing is simply doing what you can. At the end of the day, that’s all we can do.

Releasing can be in the form of money, it can be encouragement, it can be speaking up for those who cannot speak up for themselves, have regard and releasing concerns and prayers for the oppressed and mistreated, speaking up for them.

Your Releasing may be through blogging, YouTube channel, Podcast, public speaking in person, Facebook live, Twitter, Instagram, so many ways to release what is inside you to your audience, we all have an audience.

Your releasing may be through financial support, volunteering, mentor group, a lot of us are doing more than we realize.

“Keep It Up”

REWARD – A thing given in recognition of one’s service, actions, or achievements. In this case, the reward come from God.

God doesn’t just  reward in monetary ways only.

In the verse earlier, God will be with us on our sick bed, God will help us, that reward can come in peace, joy, and contentment, but God honors regard and release.

God honors us when we release our hands and hearts to others. There is always a reward.

Sometimes in Christianity and other religions we teach that we should not expect nothing from God for using us, that’s not even bible based, God promised us rewards, not just in heaven, but here on earth.

We may not can change the whole world, but we can impact our families, we can impact our friends, we can impact our jobs and coworkers, we can impact our worlds.

We are in a hurting world with many needs. Let’s not have an attitude to just get get get, let’s be distribution centers, as it comes in, we release it.

We don’t look for rewards, but we can expect rewards.

Luke 6:38

Give and it shall be given.
