I’ve tried many things to help with my life’s issues and mental health.
I’m a student and fan of Stoicism, the great Stoics like Zeno, Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius all have great works, they all can be helpful.
The Nation of Islam under the leadership of Minister Louis Farrakhan has done great work, I heard many of his teachings and learned so much.
There were great philosophers, Plato, Aristotle, Socrates, Descartes, Kant, they all did their part.
I don’t have to totally agree with everything the great men or women believe to learn from them.
Mother Teresa was one of the greatest caring people ever, she was Catholics and some separate that from Christianity, i myself love and respect Mother Teresa and other Catholics.
Years ago I would go to Mass once a week and it was very helpful.
In my personal life and experiences nothing has help me more than knowing and believing in God.
That belief has carry me through many of life’s challenges.
I’m not one to bash other people’s beliefs, but my advice is to, Give The Lord a Chance, God will never let you down.
Will your life be perfect? no, Will you be perfect? no, Will everyone like you? No, Will you like everyone? Maybe so, but I fall short in that area.
Give The LORD a Chance, you will not be disappointed.
