Never Would Have Made it

Psalms 94:17(Message Bible)

If God hadn’t been there for me, I never would have made it.

We have all been through a lot in our lives, we have all had help from other people in many ways and for that we are grateful.

So people have been through some unimaginable things, if God hadn’t been there, you never would have made it this far in your lives.

Some may question the authenticity of the Bible, the relevancy of the church, and the legitimacy of faith, which everyone has the right to.

But in my life and many others we have no doubt that God has help us and God will continue to.

There were times that I didn’t believe in the bible, there were times that I didn’t attend church, there were times and still are times that I don’t have the faith that I should.

But when I look back over my whole life I know that God has been there, even when I didn’t feel it or believe it.

I don’t know what lies ahead in my life, good or bad, but I know God will be there, and I know that God will help me.

I believe in God, but most or more importantly God believes in me.

There is a movie called, “The Count of Monte Cristo”, where Edmond Dantes(Jim Caviezel) and Abbe Faria(Richard Harris) where talking in prison when Abbe Faria was dying.

Abbe Faria – God said, “Vengeance in mine”

Edmond – “I don’t believe in God Abbe

Faria – “It doesn’t matter. He believes in you”

We I look back over my life, even the times when I did not believe in God, he believed in me.

So as smart, tough, strong, and spiritual we are, without God we would never have made it this far.

Philippians 1:6(NKJV)

Being confident of this very thing, that He who begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Like queen Esther, Esther 4:14, we were born for such a time as this, we were kept for such a time as this.

We never would have made it this far without God, we are here for a reason, lets make an impact.
