Zechariah 9:12(NIV)

Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope: even now, I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.

Isaiah 40:31(NIV)

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings of eagles; they will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

Prisoners of Hope – Those who are held captive by circumstances but unwavering clings to hope, believing in a future deliverance and restoration, even when the present situation may seem helpless and hopeless.

People who hold onto God’s promises of a better future despite current suffering.

Proverbs 13:12(NIV)

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.

Sometimes, if it may feels like the things we hope for, they keep getting deferred or denied, but we must hang in there, keep hope alive.

When we don’t know what to do, we must do what we know, keep working, keep praying, keep believing, and keep hoping.

Proverbs 23:18(NIV)

There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.

If we are a prisoner to anything it should be to hope.

So we will must never give up or give in, we must be ‘Prisoners of Hope’.
