Proverbs 29:2(MSG)
When good people run things, everyone is glad, but when the rulers are bad, everyone groans.
Proverbs 29:4(MSG)
A leader of good judgment gives stability; an exploiting leader leaves a trail of waste.
In all areas of our communities, there is a need for good, honest, and fair leadership.
Some of us, including myself at times, wonder if voting for leadership is worth it, but then when we don’t vote we complain.
But we can’t complain about what we allow.
There is a need for good leadership in all aspects of our communities, churches, schools, businesses, etc.
We all are leadership in some compacity, so let’s use our influence for good and not bad.
Let’s not exploit, but let’s empower, let’s not manipulate or control but let’s inspire.
We must be the leaders that we look for in others.
One thing I hate is seeing people mistreated and taken advantage of.
1 Timothy 2:1-2(ERV)
V. 1 First of all, I ask that you pray for all people. Ask God to bless them and give them what they need. and give thanks.
V. 2 You should also pray for the rulers and for all who have authority. Pray for those leaders so that we can live quiet and peaceful lives-lives full of devotion to God and respect for him.
We must pray for all our leaders, even if we didn’t vote for them or agree with them, pray that God touches their heart.
There are some good, honest, and caring leaders, lets pray that they stay that way.
There is still a need for more good leadership, and it can start with us.
