John 11:43(NKJV)
Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth.
Come Forth – To emerge, appear, or reveal oneself, to become visible or get involved.
A call to action or divine invitation, to step out of a comfort zone and embrace your call.
Most of us have heard the story of Lazarus, who died, was buried, and was raised from the dead.
Many of us have had dreams, visions, and desires of things to accomplish in our lives, but for some reason those dreams or ideas were buried.
There are many reasons why our dreams were buried, and a lot of times when our dreams die something dies in us.
It can limit us from moving forward, but we can remove those limitations, which a lot of times are people’s opinions.
Jesus had the people remove the stone where Lazarus was buried in a cave.
Many times, we allow people to cave us in because of their opinions of us and who or what they feel we should be or do.
Those opinions can cause limitations in our lives if we let them.
Jesus, with a loud voice, told Lazarus to “Come Forth”.
God is calling us in these last days to take off the limitations from our lives and “Come Forth.”
Never be less than you are supposed to be to appease other people.
Marianne Williamson quote:
“There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around us.”
She goes on to say by you shining it can give others the inspiration to shine also.
When we “Come Forth” and become our best, it can inspire others to do the same.
Jesus told the people around Lazarus to Unwrap him, again be loosed of others peoples opinions of you.
Don’t let other people’s opinions of you keep you in bondage or limit you.
We all have one shot at this life here on earth, let’s give it our best shot.
“Come Forth”, live your best life, be the best version of yourself, make a difference, and leave a lasting legacy.
