The Lord is Faithful

Psalm 143:8(ERV)

V. 8 Show me your faithful love this morning. I trust in you. She me what I should do. I put my life in your hands.

Lamentations 3:22-24(ERV)

V. 22 We are still alive because the Lord’s faithful love never ends.

V. 23 Every morning, he shows it in new ways! You are so very true and loyal.

V. 24 I say to myself, “The Lord is my God, and I trust in him.”

Faithful – Reliable, trustworthy, and loyal to his word and promises.

We can trust God, not just because the bible says so, but because he has proved himself faithful in our lives.

1. God is faithful in loving us regardless of how good or bad we have been. We can’t be good enough for God to love us anymore, and we can’t be bad enough for God to love us any less. But that is what should make us love him back and makes us please him.

2. God is faithful in showing us what we should do, in directing our lives, our lives are in his hands, if we allow our lives to be.

3. God is faithful in being trustworthy, God can be trusted, he has proven himself to be.

4. God is faithful in his loyalty towards us, God never leaves us or forsakes us.

5. God is faithful in his mercies toward us. His mercy never ends, and we need his mercy.

6. God is faithful to his promises to us, if God said it, we can take him at his word.

So as we go through this day and all week, let’s remember that everything we have, everything thing we are, every breath we take is because The Lord is Faithful.

That should keep us humble and showing mercy to others because of God’s faithfulness towards us.

The Lord is Faithful to us every morning, let’s be faithful to him.
