Never let anyone talk you out of what you believe you are supposed to be or do, not even yourself, but be open to some tweaks or changes. You may get tired but take a break and get back at it.
Blogging has really been a leap of faith for me because I hate social media, but so far all of the bloggers I follow are very respectful to different perspectives, I’m not afraid to argue or debate but it is useless and unproductive most of the time.
Thanks for everyone’s support, we can disagree and be respectful.
Deeper or Different
Luke 5:4(KJV) deeper
Now, when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.
John 21:6(KJV) different
And he said unto them, Cast the net on the other side of the shop, and ye shall find. They Cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.
Two incredible biblical miracles, one happen before the resurrection the other after, Jesus never changes, and he’s talks to us today.
Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for everything.
Very similar miracles because of the end results.
Luke 5:4(Deeper)
1. Jesus gave a command
2. Jesus specifically was speaking to Simon
3. Jesus told him to launch(leap)
4. Into the deep
5. And let down your net.
Jesus in this case never told them to stop doing what they are doing, Jesus just said talents a leap of faith, faith comes with work.
1. Pray, pray for wisdom
2. Work harder
3. Take more chances
4. Get out of your comfort zone
5. Talk to someone who is where you want to be.
6. Really put ourselves out there
7. If you’re a writer, Write a book
8. If you like blogging, blog
9. Become a public speaker
10. Go back to school
11. Start a business, We only know what taking a leap of faith is to us personally.
John 21:6(Different)
Again Jesus never said stop doing what your doing.
1. Pray for wisdom
2. Revise your plan
3. Consider new things
4. Talk to new people
5. Don’t be stubborn. Be open to change
In both cases, they were successfully, you only know if what you doing is for you. It’s good to have others believe in you but that’s not a prerequisite for success.
Keep doing what you’re doing, but maybe take a leap of faith or try it a different way.
And if God is for you, who can be against you. If you believe in what you’re doing, hang in there, keep going, and be encouraged.
